All our shelves are crafted from 100% reclaimed timber or sustainably sourced hardwoods from certified, ethically managed forests. We prioritize eco-friendly materials to ensure our products are both beautiful and sustainable.

2. Are your shelves ready to hang?

Yes! Just choose from one of our sets of brackets which include all the necessary fixtures for easy installation. We want your new shelf to be ready to use as soon as it arrives.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

As each shelf is handmade to order, please allow 5-7 working days for production. Delivery times within the UK typically take 48hrs after completion.

4. Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. However, we’re exploring options to expand our delivery services in the future.

5. How do you ensure sustainability?

Sustainability is at the core of our business. We use reclaimed wood, eco-friendly packaging, and donate wood waste to a local animal sanctuary. Additionally, we partner with Ecologi to fund tree planting for every order.

6. Can I customize my shelf?

Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke designs. If you have specific dimensions, finishes, or styles in mind, feel free to contact us, and we’ll work with you to create your perfect shelf.

7. How do I care for my wooden shelf?

Our shelves are treated with premium wood wax, which enhances their natural beauty and provides protection. Simply wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep it looking its best. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

8. What if my shelf arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging your shelf to ensure it arrives safely. However, if there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll happily resolve it.

9. How does your partnership with Ecologi work?

For every order placed, we fund tree-planting initiatives through Ecologi. This helps offset our carbon footprint and contributes to global reforestation efforts.
