RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already commenced.

30 Day Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products:

• Custom-made furniture: Furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. The item must be unused and unassembled. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. All bespoke and custom-made furniture pieces are made to order specifically for you so would be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This includes any furniture made to custom dimensions, finishes, or specifications.

• Standard items: Non-custom furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. The item must be unused and unassembled. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
